• All Golfers and Nongolfers are required to register by completing their required details and payment on this site.
• The prices on this page include the full Event package as detailed on our website. Depending on the fees paid, included are 4 rounds of golf, 6 nights accommodation and the Welcome and Gala Dinners including limited beverages.
• Please note that guests that book and make full payment prior to 1st November may deduct the Early Bird Discount of AUD$100 from their payment.
• EARLY DEPOSIT
• Due to a high volume of early responses, we now offer an early deposit option where payment of a  single nonrefundable deposit (AUD$500) will secure your booking until 1st October, 2025 when the final balance must be paid. 
• Terms of registration: By completing and submitting this registration form you agree to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms of registration. 
• Just as your own Golf Club is unable to guarantee that inclement weather will not impact your golf on any given day, Amazing Golf Getaways is unable to guaranteed that our scheduled event may not be affected by any circumstances, such as inclement weather, that are beyond our control. Amazing Golf Getaways will have outstanding obligations to suppliers that, in the unlikely circumstance of any forced cancellation, will prevent us from offering refunds or discounts. However, we will make every effort to reduce the impact of any unforseen events that may be possible within the event schedule.
• In the event of customer cancellations, similarly Amazing Golf Getaways, due to its own outstanding obligations to suppliers, will not be able to offer refund of fees beyond 1st November, 2025.
• We strongly suggest that all travellers should ensure they have adequate travel insurance that will cover them for cancellations, illness etc.

The Event is priced for golfers and nongolfers and for shared or unshared room bookings. Please add the amount you will pay to the form before processing the payment.
