THIS PAGE CLEARLY SETS OUT THE LIMITS TO THE LIABILITY OF AMAZING GOLF GETAWAYS IN THE CASE OF ANY UNFORSEEN FACTORS AFFECTING OUR EVENT.
By completing and submitting this registration form you agree to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms of registration.

Just as your own Golf Club is unable to guarantee that inclement weather will not impact your golf on any given day, Amazing Golf Getaways is unable to guarantee that our scheduled event may not be affected by any circumstances, such as inclement weather, that are beyond our control. Amazing Golf Getaways will have outstanding obligations to suppliers that, in the unlikely circumstance of any forced cancellation, will prevent us from offering refunds or discounts. However, we will make every effort to reduce the impact of any unforseen events that may be possible within the event schedule.

In the event of customer cancellations, similarly Amazing Golf Getaways, due to its own outstanding obligations to suppliers, will not be able to offer refund of fees paid once the accommodation bookings have been made with the hotel.

Exclusions. Amazing Golf Getaways will not be liable for any costs incurred by Registrants prior to, during or following the Event described here that are not specifically offered by us on this website. Such excluded costs include those incurred in travel to, during and from the event (inc. airfares) if not specifically offered by us and food, beverages /meal costs not specifically included in our detailed offer.

Not withstanding the above conditions, Amazing Golf Getaways reserves the right to cancel the Event if our minimum target bookings are not achieved in spite of our extensive advertising. In this case refunds will be offered wherever possible.

All travellers are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel insurance that will cover them for unexpected events including cancellations, illness, weather conditions etc

The prices on this page include the full Event Package as detailed on our website. Depending on the fees paid, included are 4 rounds of golf, 6 nights accommodation, the Welcome and Gala Dinners including limited beverages and transfers as outlined on the website.

DEPOSIT. Payment of a single nonrefundable deposit (AUD$500 per registrant) will secure your booking until 10th January, 2026 when the final balance must be paid.
COMPETITION RULES
All events are conducted in accordance with the rules of golf and local rules as approved by the tournament committee.
The Event will be a single stableford with handicaps allocated by the committee for the first round and subsequent rounds adjusted by the committee based on daily scores.
(The tournament committee reserves the right to adjust handicaps depending on tournament conditions and daily scores)
The committee will vary the playing partners within groups in the interests of socialising the event as much as possible.
